In Year 6, children can apply to become a Buddy to help the Reception children. Buddy's assist the Welfare Assistants at lunchtimes, supporting play and games on the playground and activities such as reading and phonic games in the classroom. The children forge wonderful relationships and this really demonstrates our family values.

Playground Activity Leaders or PALs as we call them, are appointed every year and help Play Leaders at lunchtime to organise and deliver a wide range of activities for children. PALs receive training for this special role.
