Year 4 Explores the Wyre Estuary! 🌿🌊

As part of our creative curriculum this half term, Year 4 embarked on an exciting trip to the Wyre Estuary at Stanah to explore a local river up close! 🏞️

Guided by a knowledgeable ranger, the children took part in a riverside and park walk, where they discovered fascinating facts about wildlife, habitats, and climate change. The adventure continued with an interactive Q&A session, allowing them to deepen their understanding of the environment.

To top off the day, they visited the aviary to observe some of the beautiful native birds that call the estuary home.

A truly engaging and educational experience, bringing learning to life in the great outdoors! 🦆🍃✨
